Spring Mix or other salad greens
Dried Cranberries
Smoked Gouda Cheese, cubed
Walnut pieces
Mandarin oranges
Chinese Chow Mein noodles in can


C. Olive oil
C. Red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Orange Juice (you can use the juice off the oranges)
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Salt
tsp. Black pepper

Blend all dressing ingredients well in small blender. Drizzle over greens. You can use a little extra sugar if its too strong.
