1 pkg Lemon Jello
1 3/4 c water
1 c sugar
1 lemon
1 large can evaporated milk
1 lb filled cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add jello. Let cool, then whip. Add 1 cup sugar and the juice and grated rind of the lemon.
Chill and whip 1 large can evaporated milk. Combine the two mixtures.
Crush 1 lb. filled cookies. Line cake pan with cookie crumbs and add mixture. Cover top with remaining crumbs and put in refrigerator to chill.
