1/2 bushels Roma Tomatoes
4 Jalapeņo Peppers
4 Green peppers
5 Banana peppers
5 onions
2 cups vinegar
3 Tbs minced garlic
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp salt
4 tsp pepper
1 cup parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch Tomatoes and put in cold water right away. Peel and cut into chunks. Cook on stove and remove liquid and it comes up. Continue until almost all the liquid is gone. Cut peppers and onions in chunks about 1/4 inch. Add peppers and continue to remove liquid same as last time. This should take about 3 hours at least. Add all the rest of the ingredients and heat. Place in warm jars and water bath for 25 minutes. This only makes about 6 quarts.
