1/4 Bushels Cucumbers
4 red peppers
3 pts. vinegar
1 pt water
1 tsp. celery seed
12 large onions
2 green peppers
9 cups sugar
2 tsp. tumeric
1/4 cup mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Cucs thin, Salt them in layers and let sit for 3 hours. This will draw out the water. Slice the onions thin also. Put Cucs and Onions in jars. Heat syrup and remaining ingredients and pour into jars, leaving 1 inch of head space. Water bath for 20 minutes.
