1 c. butter softened
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot jam or flavor of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese. Add flour and baking powder to creamed mixture. Chill dough 3 hours. Mix nuts and jam. Remove dough from refrigerator and roll half very thin on lightly floured surface. Cut into 2 inch squares and place on ungreased baking sheet. Place 1 tsp. jam and nut filling on each dough square. Roll rest of dough and cut it into 2 inch squares. Place on top of jam filling. Press edges together with tines of floured fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When completely cooled dust with powdered sugar.
