12-14 cooking apples
2 c. cider
1 T. cinnamon or more if you like it stronger
tsp. cloves or more if you like it stronger
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Core, peel and chop apples. Put apples and cider in Crock-Pot and cook on low 10-12 hours. Run through strainer and return to Crock-Pot. Add spices and sugar; cook 1 more hour. Pressure can at 10 pounds pressure for 10 minutes or freeze.
