Mom's Chocolate Chip cookies - yummy! Recipe

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup cooking oil
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 t soda
1 t Cream of Tartar
1 t salt
3 /12 cups flour
12 oz chocolate chips
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup Quick Oats
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, oil, egg, and vanilla and then add remaining ingredients.

Roll into balls and flatten with a fork.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350.

These freeze well.

Mom always made a batch of these cookies for each of us for Christmas. She always had tons of them in her freezer all year round, which we would raid whenever we were at her house!
