1 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 qt. chicken stock
3/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 can chopped green chili
1/2 lb. Fat-free processed American cheese
2 Tbsp. jalepeno jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in small amount of chicken stock. Thoroughly blend flour with 2 c. cold chicken stock (a blender works well for this). Add flour mixture and the remaining stock to vegetables. Stir over medium heat until soup has thickened. Add remaining ingredients except for cheese and heat thoroughly. Just before serving, add grated cheeses. Do not boil. Serve over tortilla chips or baked potatoes.
