Garlic, minced
Oregano
Red powdered chile
Olive oil
Tomato sauce, large can
1 cup red wine
1/2 lemon
Snapper fillets
Salt/pepper
1 cup green olives
Green chilies
3 spoons capers

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan, saute minced garlic, oregano and red powdered chile with olive oil. Add tomato sauce, red wine, lemon, salt, pepper, green olives, green chilies and capers. Bring to a light boil and add pieces of fish (large enough to be served) and cook for 40 minutes on low heat. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve over rice.
