2 Large cans or 3 Large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs-beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Tablespoon salt
TOPPING
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients and put in a casserole dish.
TOPPING:
Mix last 4 ingredients. Crumble over potatoes. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

I cut the 1 cup sugar down to 1/2 cup because the topping already has 1 cup of brown sugar.
I always double the recipe but not the topping. There is plenty of the topping to cover the potatoes.
