1 lb. breakfast link sausage,
6 slices white bread,
1 c. grated cheddar cheese,
1 tsp. dry mustard,
4 eggs,
1 tsp. salt,
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cook sausage in boiling water for 20 min. Drain. Cut into bite size pieces. Cube bread. In dish layer bread, sausage and cheese. 3 layers of each in that order.
Beat eggs until foamy, beat in salt, mustard and milk. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 1- 1 1/2 hours.
