Laura Grandy

3 lbs. baby back ribs
1 8oz. jar honey
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBS. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
12 oz. barbecue sauce
1/4 cup white sugar

1. Mix everything except the ribs together.
2. Place ribs in pan and baste real good with sauce.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 375, basting with extra sauce now and then, for one hour or at 325 for three hours (the longer time will make them fall-off-the bone tender, but the quick time is good, too).
