Ingredients:  
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. hot milk
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour once, add baking powder and salt. Set aside. Beat eggs until very thick (5 min). Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add lemon juice. Fold in flour mixture in small amounts. Add hot milk and butter; stir quickly until blended. Bake 350 degrees for 35min.
