4 eggs
2 1/4 c sugar
5 c milk
4 c heavy Cream
4 1/2 t real vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt


Fruit:
4 eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
1 c milk + 4 c pureed fruit
4 c heavy cream
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 t almond extract
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar slowly to beaten eggs. Beat until stiff. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer. If desired add 2 cups of mix in (chocolate chips, oreo) when ice cream is frozen. Carefully remove lid, add mix ins. Churn just to mix.
