2 Slices Gluten Free or Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Bread
2 lbs Ground Beef unthawed and drained
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
2 T Ketchup
1 Small Onion or 1/2 of a Large chopped
Opt: 6 oz Can of Tomato Paste

Preheat Oven. Crack egg into large mixing bowl. Add the salt, mustard, worcestershire, pepper and ketchup. Beat with fork. Add chopped onion. Toast bread slices till dry. Tear toast into small pieces into mixing bowl. Add ground beef. Toss mixture gently with two forks until ingredients are mixed being careful not to toss too much or the meat loaf will be tuff. Turn out into loaf pan using edge of knife to form sides or gently shape into an oval loaf about 11 inches long in center of a roasting pan. Cover with optional tomato paste. Bake 350 º 1 hour.

It is very important not to compact meat. The best meat loaf is made when ingredients are only mixed lightly.
