8 large baking potatoes (4 to 5 lbs.)
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 t. pepper
4 T. butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes; cook until tender. Drain; mash well. With mixer, beat together cream cheese, sour cream and gradually add mashed potatoes. Beat until smooth. Add garlic salt and pepper. Turn into buttered 9x13 pan. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill. Can chill up to 3 days. To reheat, bring to room temperature. Cover and bake at 400º for 50 to 60 minutes.
