1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 can drained olives (pitted)
1 can chopped green chiles
1 can hot or mild enchilada sauce
1 dozen corn tortillas
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚.
1. In large skillet, brown 1½ lbs. ground beef, add 1 onion, chopped, cook 1 to 2 minutes, drain well. Remove from heat (do not add seasoning).
2. Add: 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 cup milk, 1 can drained olives (pitted), 1 can chopped green chiles, 1 can (hot or mild) enchilada sauce.
3. Mix well with large spoon and put in long (13x9) casserole dish in layers, with one dozen corn tortillas, top with 2 cups of grated cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes covered with foil. Uncover 5-10 minutes.

Very good served with salad and tortilla chips.

Serves 8 to 10 people.
