1 lg. can sauerkraut ( drained & run through a food
grinder or food processor)
1/4 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
3 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. bay
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 lg. onion
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp.dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
Bread crumbs

Brown both meats. Mix into kraut and onion, add spices. Cool meat, add egg and sprinkle in a few bread crumb.

Make into balls, size of walnuts, chill for 30 minutes. Roll in flour, then in a milk and egg mixture.
Last roll in bread crumbs.

Heat Peanut Oil in deep skillet or fryer, fry just until they are brown, set out on paper towel to drain.
