Chicken or beef, one pound
Cooking oil or butter
Ketchup
Rice, 4 cups cooked
Eggs, 8 (two per person)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop veggies and meat into bite-sized cubes. Saute veggies and meat in butter or oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix several tablespoons of ketchup with sauteed mixture and cooked rice.

Use two eggs for each omelet. Make a thin omelet. Shape 1 cup rice into a dome, and place an omelet on top. Repeat for each serving. Garnish with ketchup. You can also garnish with parsley. Serve with a small bowl of miso soup or clear fish broth.
