1 LARGE CABBAGE, 2 LBS. OF GROUND BEEF, ONIONS, TOMATOE SAUCE, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, RED & GREEN BELL PEPPERS, AND EGGS.

MIX GROUND BEEF, RED & GREEN BELL PEPPERS, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, ONIONS, AND EGGS TOGETHER IN A BOWL SET ASIDE. CUT UP CABBAGE ONE LEAF AT A TIME. STEAM CABBAGE LEAVES FOR 10 MINS. TAKE GROUND BEEF MIXURE AND MAKE INTO SMALL LOAVES, WRAP EACH LOAF IN A CABBAGE LEAF PUT ON BAKING SHEET, ADD TOMATOE SAUCE ON TOP AND BAKE FOR 30 MINS. ON 350 FOR 30 MINS. LET COOL, SERVE WITH MASHED POTATOES AND CORN BREAD.
