1-9" baked pie shell.
1 pkg (8 oz ) cream cheese, softened.
2 tbsp powdered sugar.
2 tbsp strawberry jello powder.
4 c strawberries, sliced.
3/4 c water.
3/4 c sugar.
3 tbsp cornstarch.
1/4 tsp salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Crush one cup berries in a saucepan. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Strain the juice. Add enough water to make one cup of juice.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Slowly add the juice and cook until clear. Cool slightly. In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and jello powder and mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture over pie shell, bottom and sides. then fill with sliced berries and spoon glaze over the top. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
