3 cups cooked, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3/4 sweetened condensed milk or heavy cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp Lemon Extract
2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes until they are smooth, not lumpy. Then add each following ingredient and mix well with the sweet potatoes, until smooth. Pour your filling into unbaked 9 in pie crust, and bake for 40- 45 minutes.
