8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups flour
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup white chocolate chips

SAUCE:
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Melt white chocolate and butter in microwave or over double boiler, stirring until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating constantly. Drizzle in melted white chocolate. Combine flour and salt; fold into chocolate mixture. Fold in white chocolate chips. Spread batter in a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Do not overbake. Cool in pan and serve with sauce.


SAUCE:
In a small saucepan over medium heat combine butter, sugar and egg. Pour in milk slowly and cook until mixture begins to bubble. Do no scald. Stir in flour and vanilla, mix well and serve poured over blondies.
