3 to 4 lb beef roast
3 to 4 cups water
French Onion Soup mix
3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in roaster in oven at 250º to 300º for at least 5 to 7 hours.

Turns out very tender...falls apart.

Can make gravy with the liquid or dip for french dips.
