5-10 russet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Italian dressing
Salt & pepper
Vegetable oil
Deep skillet or deep fryer

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet or deep fryer, add vegetable oil to half-way mark. Heat. Add potatoe slices and fry until crispy brown. Drain on paper towels. Place in baking pan or rimmed cookie sheet. Sprinkle with course salt and pepper and drizzle with italian dressing. Keep warm and crispy in the oven until ready to serve.
