4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 sticks cold butter chopped up
3/4 cup sugar
1 big egg plus one big egg white
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs and chopped up butter in a big bowl until it's like wet sand. Flour the counter and dump cookie dough out and roll it with a floured rolling pin until it's thin like a cracker. Use floured cookie cutters and cut out cookies. Put on cookie pans with parchment paper in them. Bake about 8 minutes.
