Chicken or Steak Fajitas Recipe

4 Chicken Breasts slightly frozen or 2 lbs flank steak
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
juice of a fresh lime
8 flour tortillas
grated cheese
chopped tomatoes
shredded lettuce
sour cream

Slice chicken or steak across the grain in thin strips. Marinate chicken or steak in lime juice for 1 hour. Add olive oil to a very hot skillet. Cook chicken, stirring constantly, add onions and peppers. Serve in tortillas with toppings.
