1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped

Directions:
Put everything in a crock pot. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. Serve over rice. Use 1 cut up chicken if preferred. Can use frozen, boneless chicken breasts straight from the freezer and reduce water to 3/4 cup.
