Ingredients:  
9 inch baked pie shell (use your own pie crust or pillsbury!)
Filling: 1/2 Cup butter and 3/4 Cup white sugar- beat until fluffy- then add
2 eggs ( I use liquid egg substitute)- one at a time beating until no "sugar grit"
add- 2 squares melted unsweetened choc &beat until smooth- this is the first layer- pour into pie shell and cool
2nd layer-Use 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix& prepare as directed on box- you will only need 1/2 of this amount.

When choc layer is cooled then spread the vanilla pudding over choc. Layer and cool again.
Frost with a layer of cool whip or whipped cream and shave chocolate over the whip cream- keep in fridge.
