3/4 cup jalapeno or serrano peppers
1 medium green bell pepper
1 medium red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup white vinegar
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 oz. pouch Certo liquid Pectin
1 Tb dry red pepper flakes

Directions:
Chop peppers; food processor works fine, just don't over chop. Combine everything except pectin in a 6 qt. pot. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly. Add pectin and red pepper flakes. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim foam and ladle into sterilized jars.
