3-4 lbs County Style Pork Spare Ribs
3 28 oz jars Sauer Kraut
2 pkg. pork gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
In electric frying pan, brown ribs. Season with salt and pepper. Drain Kraut in colander, let set for about 15 minutes to drain well. Spread ribs on the bottom of the pan, top with Sauer Kraut. Mix 1 package of pork gravy mix according to package directions. Pour on top of ribs and Kraut. Cook at 325 for 3 hours. Mix the second package of gravy mix and set aside. Check ribs after three hours, stir , turn heat down to 300º. Add 1/2 of the gravy. Cook 2-3 more hours, until kraut is browned and dry and ribs flake apart. Check and stir every 45 minutes. Add more gravy if needed.
