1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 1/4 cup strawberries (about 2 pints)
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix DRY ingredients into large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry, just until liquid coats. Pour into greased 9X5 loaf pan, lined with wax paper or foil sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 1 hour @ 350.
