2 cups flour
1/2 lb. melted butter
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows ( can substitute with milk chocolate chips)

Delicious with:

Broiled Peanut Butter Frosting
6 Tb softened butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
2/3 cup chunky natural peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup salted peanuts

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter and flour 9X13 inch pan. Combine flour and sugar. Combine melted butter, cocoa and Cola. Add to flour and sugar mixture, stirring well. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Fold in the miniature marshmallows or milk chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and frost while still warm.

Frosting:
Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Beat in milk, then nuts. Spread over warm cake. Place frosted cake under broiler, about 4" from heat source. When topping starts to bubble, which is only a few seconds, it is done. Cool 30 minutes before serving.
