2 pound package Ore Ida hash brown cubes
1 stick butter
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in casserole dish; pour melted butter over potatoes. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, chicken soup, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture over potatoes; sprinkle cheese over potato mixture, in separate bowl. Mix corn flakes with enough butter to coat. Spread over mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
