1 9 1/2 oz. Can of Tuna
1 Onion, chopped
1 Can Cream of Asparagus Soup, warmed, not diluted
1 Large Cream Cheese
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water

Mix tuna and onion in blender or food processor. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and cream of asparagus soup. When well blended, add tuna mix and gelatin. Pour into loaf pan or mold. Chill for 2 hours.

This is really good with crackers. I use a fish mold and put a green olive with pimento for the eye :)
