2 lbs. pork steak, 1/8" strips
2 T. light soy sauce
2 T. dry sherry
1/4 t. freshly grated ginger
3 T. peanut oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 lg. yellow onion, sliced
3 Golden Delicious apples, cored and sliced
1 T. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chopped green onions for garnish

Cut pork and marinate for 15 minutes in soy, sherry & ginger. Heat wok and add oil and garlic. Drain marinade from meat and saute the meat over very high heat, about 6 minutes. Remove meat from pan and add onion slices. Saute until tender and add apple slices. Saute just until they begin to brown. Return meat to pan, add sesame oil and pepper & toss. Top with green onions as garnish.
