5lbs Cooking Potatoes
8oz Sour Cream
2, 3oz pkgs of Cream Cheese
2tbsp of Butter
2tsp of Onion Salt
1tsp of Salt
1/4tsp of Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Peel then boil potatoes till soft, drain and mash.
Add all other ingredients
Beat all the ingredients together w/ potatoes till smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
