1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. water
2 large eggs
1 (8.5 oz.) package corn muffin mix such as Jiffy
2 (14.75 oz.) cans cream-style corn
1 (15.25 oz.) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; set aside. In a bowl, combine water and eggs and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over melted butter in prepared dish. Spread any butter that collects in the corners of the dish over the top of the casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
