3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups shredded, peeled zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil, zucchini and raisins in blender.

Mix the rest of ingredients in bowl. Add blended mix and bake 325 for 1 hour.
