3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt

1 qt milk
12 cups potatoes, thinly sliced/peeled
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir quickly over medium-high hear until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat.

Place half potatoes, onion, and ham in a 3 qt casserole. Pour 1/2 of white sauce over casserole. Place remaining potatoes on top. Cover with remaining white sauce. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 min and uncover and bake fr 30 min.
