1 small onion, minced
1 can of salmon (1 lb) or fresh smoked
1 8-ounce pkg cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 generous Tbs horseradish, cream style
2 tsp dry dill weed
1/4 cup parsley leaves, firmly packed or finely chopped nuts
1/4 tsp liquid smoke (if using smoked salmon, delete this)
Dash Tabasco
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cream in food processor or mixer all ingredients except the parsley. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap and place ingredients inside and chill. Remove from refrigerator, invert onto a plate and cover with the parsley or finely ground nuts. Serve with crackers, cucumber or zucchini slices.
