Tart Dough
o ½ cup butter
o 3 oz regular or lite cream cheese
o 1 cup of all purpose flour
Fruit Filling
o Can be either favorite jelly, jam or pie filling
Nut filling
o 1 tsp. melted butter
o ¾ cup brown sugar
o 1 large egg
o 1 tsp. vanilla
o ½ cup chopped nuts (any kind)
o Mix well
You will need at least one mini-cupcake pan

To prepare the tart dough, soften butter and cream cheese and mix well. Add the flour and to mix to soft dough. Chill the dough for at least one hour. Alter the dough had chilled roll into 2” round balls. Put the balls of dough in the mini-cupcake pan. Punch the dough with a small tart shaper to create a cavity. If you to not have a tart shaper, use your fingers to create the cavity for the filling. All the filling and bake at 300º until brown.
