4-5 lb. brisket (or more)
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Hickory smoke liquid
1 1/2 C. hickory smoke barbecue sauce
1/2 C Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with garlic and onion salt and hickory smoke liquid. Wrap tightly in heavy foil and bake 4 1/2 hours at 300º. Drain juices and save.

Mix hickory smoke barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and dash of Tabasco. Add water to meat juices to make 3 cups and combine with other ingredients. Pour over meat and bake again at 300º for at least an hour -- up to 2 hours.
