1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned and shredded (may substitute 8 thighs or 5 large breast)
2 cans (1 1/4 c. each) cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 T. poppy seeds
1/2 c. butter melted
crushed ritz crackers (topping) found at Makro

Directions:
Directions:
Boil (cook) chicken. Debone and shred or chop. Mix cream of chicken, sour cream and poppy seeds; add chicken. Pour into 13x9 casserole dish. Crumble ritz (or waverly) crackers over top of casserole and pour butter over top. Bake about 30 minutes at 350°F.
