1 can (1 1/4 c.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 T. onions, chopped
1 T. parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream of mushroom soup with water. Measure out 1/4 cup of soup mixture. Combine with 1 lb. ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, egg and salt. Shape into meatballs 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Brown in 1 T. shortening in a large skillet. Add remaining soup mixture and cover. Cook over low heat about 15 minutes. Make 4 servings.
