1 lb boneless pork chop
juice from 1 large orange
juice from 1 large lemon
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 tbsp orange zest from juiced orange
1 tbsp lemon zest from juiced lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Marinate:Put all liquid and zests into a glass baking dish and mix together.
Place pork chops into marinate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Turn several times in the next 3 hours. Drain liquid from pork chops and save. Arrange the pork chops in the same dish and place 1 tbsp of the marinate over each chop. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour .
