Italian Beef Recipe

3 Lbs Beef Roast

1/2 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Oregano
2 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 small can beef broth
1 pkg Onion soup mix
Mozzarella Cheese
Italian/Sub rolls

Place roast in crock pot, mix all ingredients together and pour over meat. Cook 8-10 hours. cook until tender then shred meat. After Shredding meat put back in juices. Serve with mozzarella cheese on sub or Italian rolls.
