2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
4 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. onion
1 lb. lean ground beef

Topping:
Ketchup
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1) In large bowl, combine eggs, oats, ketchup, and onion. Crumble beef and mix in.
2) Coat muffin cups with cooking spray. Roll into balls that fit 3/4 each muffin cup.
3) Spread ketchup over loaves. Bake at 400º for 15 min.
4) Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
