2 cups Woodwards Pancake Mix (containing wheat germ) **

1/2 cup margarine

1 large egg

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Grease muffin tins

Cut margarine into pancake mix so that the fat is broken into pieces the size of peas. Add sugar to the dry mixture. In a separate bowl, combine egg, and milk. Pour into dry mixture. Stir slowly to moisten all the flour but do not try to get the lumps out. (10 strokes)
Drop into greased muffin tins and bake for 25 mins.

** This is an older recipe of Great Gramma's. Woodwards is no longer around, however, if you find another pancake with wheatgerm mix, you could make your own version of this work for you.
