1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
cheese
1 ( 8 oz.) can (1 c.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. oregano
6 oz. sliced Mozzerella

Directions:

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except cheese. Pat 1/3 of meat mixture in bottom of loaf pan. Cover with HALF of the cheese. Repeat layers. ( with next 1/3 of meat, remaining cheese) Bake in moderate oven 350 F 1 hour. Makes 5-6 servings. May also microwave. Microwave at 80% power for 10 minutes. Turn dish. Blend 1/4 c. ketchup. 1 T. Worcestershire sauce, and 1 1/2 tsp. mustard. spread over meatloaf. Microwave at 80% for 10-12 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
